A transition book, in your choice of formats, is a great way to help teachers and other school professionals, as well as classmates, get to know your child at the beginning of a new school year. This workshop, facilitated by Claire Holmes and other CDSPG parents, will get you started so you can work on this project over the summer and be ready to meet the new school year in a proactive and creative way.
