Chesapeake Down Syndrome Parent Group, Inc. (CDSPG)

The Chesapeake Down Syndrome Parent Group, Inc. will host its 11th annual golf tournament
at Oakmont Green Golf Course in Hampstead, Maryland, on Saturday, September , 2008. We
have averaging 120 golfers the past four years, but are in need of sponsors to make our only annual
fund raiser a success. To those who have generously supported us in the past, we give a heartfelt
thank-you and do hope that you will be a part of this event once again. To those who are new to our
organization, we invite you to become a part of this event. The proceeds of the tournament fund the
many services provided by CDSPG to help people with Down syndrome reach their potential and to
support their families.

The purpose of this letter is to ask you to help sponsor this event. Based on the sponsorship amount,
your company's name will be displayed in the manner described below. The Chesapeake Down
Syndrome Parents Group, Inc. is registered as a 510 (c) (3) corporation in Maryland and most
donations to the group are tax deductible.
