Thank you for your interest in the Chesapeake Down Syndrome Parent Group board of directors. As a board member, you will be joining a group of individuals who are passionate about serving the Down syndrome community through the CDSPG mission.
The CDSPG board of directors is comprised of individuals that govern and elevate the mission of the organization. Board director terms start in June; however, applications for nomination are accepted throughout the year.
Before you submit your application, please read thoroughly the board accountability agreement and the board of directors clause from the CDSPG by-laws. We believe board service should be a valuable and satisfying experience. We want to make sure that you understand your role and responsibilities as a CDSPG board member before we consider your nomination.
